In my last post, I mentioned that the ONE silver lining to Meadowe's absence will be my newfound ability to keep myself busy. This, if nothing else, will allow my prison sentence to go by quickly.

Fortunately (depending on how you look at it) we have also incurred a historically cold winter which has provided for some amazing snow on the slopes.

Alex - thanks for getting this pass with me. Let's run it!

I'm being dramatic. But for the next 3mo she will be away in South Carolina on an army base learning the ins and outs of the Adjutant General Corps. Feels super weird to adjust to solo life even if just temporarily.

Some benefits, at least:

1. We got to go back to Korea again this year
2. It is ski season, so I will stay busy
3. We are going on a cruise when she gets back

So I guess overall things could be worse. Still tho. Yikes!
